Side Channel Blowers

DVP side channel blowers operate using a simple and highly reliable principle. A rotor fitted with multiple blades rotates within a stator, generating centrifugal force that creates a series of air vortices. These vortices are carried through the blower channels, moving air efficiently from the inlet to the outlet.

As there are no contacting internal components, DVP side channel blowers provide oil-free operation with minimal maintenance requirements. The intake air also acts as the cooling medium, allowing for continuous operation within specified pressure and vacuum ranges.

To protect the motor and ensure long-term reliability, vacuum relief valves and pressure limiting valves should be installed to prevent operation outside the recommended performance limits.

All DVP side channel blowers can also be used as compressors. When operating in compressor mode, they deliver a clean, pulse-free airflow, making them ideal for applications requiring consistent pressure, low maintenance, and contaminant-free air.
